We can help you pay for closing costs! In a typical home purchase, closings costs can add up to be around 2-4% of the purchase price and are due at the closing table. Our rebate gets applied directly to that total and eases the burden for home buyers.
1. The first step is to sign our Buyer Rebate Agreement. New Jersey requires a signed agreement between the buyer and the broker guaranteeing the rebate to the buyer. This can be cancelled any time.
2. Open houses are the best opportunity to see the property. You can search for open houses on Realtor.com or Zillow. Always sign in using your agent's name and always disclose that you are working with an agent. If you need to make an appointment to see the property, please contact me to schedule it.
3. Contact me for all questions about the property. Contacting or working with the listing agent directly can jeopardize your ability to receive the rebate.
Consult a tax professional concerning any tax implications of receiving the commission rebate in NJ. It is the purchaser's obligation to pay any applicable taxes.
